i just broke up with my girlfriend today. she has lived with me for 3 months. she is listed as a occupant on the lease but never paid for any rent or deposit. she says she has 30 days, i want her out now. what can i do?

If she is listed as an occupant and not a tenant - than you may have her removed by the police authorites. IF, however she is listed as a tenant - she has every right to be in the leased premises and you will have to take legal recourse to have her removed or contact the landlord.
