I have given each tenant a lease to sign, all have come back but 3. two 2 of the tenants own their own mobil home and rents a space month to month; most of the time they are late with payment. I'm tired of tracking them down for rent. Can I give the notice that the unwritten lease will not be renewed..I want them out. 1 of the tenants rents a mobile home from us after taking over the adminstrative duties of the park in January I found this tenant had not paid for over 5 months. I have told them they must pay..I want to get them out asap. What steps do I need to take to make sure every i /T is in order. Thank you
