Landlord Question and Answer Forum
Since the 5 day notice was returned undeliverable, is it legal/binding if I msail it to her current place of work?
If so, what if a co-worker signs for it?
Thanks,
Amanda

RE: Is it legal to send the 5 day notice to tenant's workplace?
I believe you need to pin it to the front door, have a process server deliver it,,, so they can testify they were at the property with 5 day notice,, and continue with evition process
