Landlord Question and Answer Forum
Every legal document I've read on the subject clearly states that a landlord must provide the tenant with interest on their security deposit amount starting on the third year of occupancy in Pennsylvania. However, I can't find any document stating the percentage of interest that is due. Is there a definitive amount, or just what the local bank's rates provide?
