I just received an offer from a buyer to purchase my condo unit. The renter just signed a lease agreement 2 days ago, which would start on Jan 1, 2010. The condo unit is located in Washington state. What are my options here as the legal info websites don't have a lot of information on this topic. Thank you in advance for your help!

Did buyer (in offer) ask that the property be vacant upon closing?
