i bought a 4 family home and give the tenants a year lease, which terminate in july. My question is I want one of them to move out by the end of the lease. what is the proper steps needed to take. Please help with any info.

I believe you have to let them know in writing you will not be renovating their lease at the end and it must be given 30 days prior to end of lease.

By 4 family home do you mean a 4 unit property?
