I just received notice from tenant of mold throughout the house. Apparently she has been cleaning with bleach for sometime now. Does anyone know what my responsibility is and what the tenants responsibility is. I do know that I need to get all mold out of house ASAP I am just curious if the tenant has any responsibility in this especially since I wasn’t informed for couple months
