I got transferred from Toronto to Mississauga recently. Even though we stayed in a rented house for the first few months, we thought of purchasing a home in Mississauga. When I told my manager and colleagues about this, my manager gave me the contact details of a mortgage broker in Mississauga http://www.smpmortgages.com . So I contacted him and told him about our requirements. The mortgage broker was so skilled in finding a house for us within a week. When my family and I saw the house, we liked it very much and decided to purchase it. Finally, we bought it. My family and I were very thankful to the mortgage broker as he found a house for us as per our budget, taste, and requirement. Can anyone please tell me how much commission should be given to the mortgage broker for this purpose?
