I have an applicant that wants the responsibility of paying the rent, but wants to bring on 2 room mates. Do I need to include those room mates as tenants on the lease, or do I list original applicant anf the room mates as "additional occupants"?

I have all the tenants sign the lease and do background/credit checks. Add the roommate addendum they have on here.
