We are seeking to terminate our contract with our Property Management Company. We understand the termination contract/penalty involved, and are willing to pay this penalty. However, our question is, do we have to re-write/duplicate the lease to indicate our name in place of the property management company, or do we just inform the tenants that all aspects of the lease remain the same, but we are now their point of contact?
