Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I have a tenant who has advised me that he intends to install cameras on our building in front of his unit. We allow door cameras and cameras inside of the cars but not on the physical building. What rights do we have to deny this action? Thank you for your help. P.S. We haven't had cause to warrant this action, he feels during this time that we will be under attack.

RE: Cameras
Here in TX. Tenants can not install anything regardless of speculation or otherwise without landlord/owner approval. That law has not changed.
