Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I own a property in California. I pay for the gardener and there is a large yard. The tenant screamed at the gardener the other day when he was spraying roundup on the weeds. She said she cannot allow any kind of chemical anywhere while she lives there -- extreme over exaggerator but here we are. For the gardener to come over and hoe and weed the yard the price will almost double. Does the tenant hold all the rights?

RE: Landscaping
Have her sign an addendum to the lease so she is responsible for the lawn care. Include that if she fails to keep up on it that you will go back to using your gardener.
