Hi, I am a Fire Code consultant based out of Toronto, Canada. I have developed a course on teachable for property managers/landlords to use to help them interpret their own Fire Safety Plans. This course aims to just save you money. It gives a break down of a typical fire safety plan, why its necessary and what you may need to know. In Toronto and individual can be fined up to $50,000 for the first offence and $100,000 for every subsequent, a corporation up to $500,000 for the first offence and up to $1,500,000 for a subsequent offence.
