Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I need to have repairs made to the property and need the tenet to move out while repairs are made. The tenet is not calling me back. What does the law state for how to notifiy. For example notice on the door and how much notice do I give them.

RE: Ca law tenet to move put while repairs made
This may be a questionable area. Did the tenant require the repair? Is the repair one that if not fixed poses a threat to the tenant? HOw long will you need the tenant to leave? Are you making temporary arrangements for a place for him to stay? What does your lease say on this issue?
