Landlord Question and Answer Forum
If terms of the lease are stated but then contradicted in the lease. Such as the lease is for a 4 month period. In the lease it states that the tenant can move out with 30 days notice. Which would be upheld. It was strongly implied verbally that the lease was for the full 4 months.

RE: lease ambiguities
Does the lease read that the tenant may move at anytime with 30 days notice? OR does it read that the tenant may move at the end of the lease by giving landlord 30 days notice??
