When the final hearing goes in front of the judge and you want these people out say for non payment is it a reality that he will allow these people to stay , you know some people can come up with convinceing sob stories and hardship I rather have no egg on my face ,is it a law they have to get out

In most cases, tenants can bring the rent current to stay in the property up until the actual put-out date when the sheriff allows you to change the locks.
