What happends when people will not move out , they told me they will discuss it with the Judge. I am a very good person , they told me my reason better be good , I told them I am getting out of being a Landlord and I need more family time, its my house, why do I need to answer to them Massachusetts

Read the Chapter 186, section 12 of the Massachusetts General Laws -As long as proper notice is given according to the law and your lease, no reason needs to be specified unless your reasons are non=payment of a default of the lease or violation of any landlord tenant law.
