I live in California and need to move back into my rental before the lease is up. Does anyone know if this is possible? Can I give my tenants a 60 day notice to move back into my unit if the lease is not up yet?

If your lease says the landlord can cancel lease at anytime you can.

Can I break the lease due to infestion of bed bugs.? I got rid of bedroom furniture the first time and now there back again. This time I had to take by daugther to the Doctor. Landlord has been notified of the infestion. Nothing has be been done. They want to place us in another apartment and raise our rent..
