I let a friend stay at my place for 3 days and now she dosent want to leave,what kind of eviction notice should i give her since she's not paying rent?

Permitting someone to stay at your home for a few days does not necessarily constitute a rental agreement. Did you have anything in writing? Has she padi rent to you? IF there is no established precedent for a landlord tenant relationship such as a written agreement or a regular payment of rent, it seems to me this is more of a domestic situation. If this friend does not leave, have him/her removed by the police.
