Has any one ever heard of a garnish of wages in a landlord tenant issue of non payment of rent A Lawyer has said it is done.

I believe this mode of collection is more common with commerical tenants but I am sure it can be done. I do know and have seen first hand - after a landlord following through with placing a judgement for the court award on the record of a tenant....I have had tenant's pay me back rent as they were stopped from purchasing a home as a result.
