THERE WAS A MOVE IN SUMMARY OF THE APARTMENT ON WHAT WAS OLD/NEW. TENANTS WAS O.K. WITH THE ITEMS THAT HE OR SHE SIGNED. TENANTS MOVED IN AND ONCE IN THEY STARTS DEMANDING THINGS TO BE DONE CREATING A NIGHTMARE FOR THE LANDLORD.

TENANTS WANTS

At first glance, it seems like the tenant have no basis to make any claims. As long as it is in the lease, you should be ok.
