Forum / General Property Management / occupant to rental property moving out

There are 3 people living in my rental. One is name as tenant, and the other two are listed as "occupancy of property". The tenant told me one of the "occupancy" will be moving out by 3/31/09. My questions are: What paperwork do I need to give to tenent or occupancy to move out. Occupant is listed on lease agreement. Also, the security deposit was paid by all three. What if the "occupant" wants his share return upon vacating property. How do I handle this?
