My renters have a motor hanging in a tree . It is hanging from a big strap from a big limb from a oak tree. The truck ahs not ran in months. I sent a vehicle notice. what can I do now.

Well, what do you want to do? Get rid of the tenants - don't renew the lease. Get rid of the engine - tell them to great rid of the engine or you won't renew the lease.
