RE: pet question
In many locations ABSOLUTELY YES!!! What is worst, you can lose everything as many insurances WILL continue to cover you but have terms that explain that damage or loss suffered by certain breeds of animals are excluded. This leaves you open to lawsuits and loss of personal assets. Check with your local regulations and then contact your insurance company immediately.

RE: pet question
My tenants moved out and cause excessive damage to my floors. Deposit will not cover cost. What recourse do I have?
