any idea how to go about getting someone out that rented a room from us and hasn't paid rent. we've given thirty day notice for her to move out and nothing has happened. If I give notice can I show the room to prospective new renters?? Can I put there stuff on the street since I have no lease with this person???

RE: Room rented in house
i live in california and was faced with a simular situation. you do have the right to move there stuff out on the lawn since there not paying rent. you have the right i believe, it would be treated just like your kid that is living with you and not adviding by your rules. you do have the right as well to show the room during there time living there. but it can be kind of messy since they are out on the street.
