Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I am thinking about turning my rental cottages into vacation rentals in about a year. They are located in a historical town. Does anyone have any advice?

RE: vacation rentals
Vacation rentals can be very lucrative. However, even with vacation rentals, you want to have a written agreement and collect a security deposit for damages. I would also collect a key deposit as I have found that this is a frequent problem.
