I plan to rent to two tenants who work for an out of town company, the company is planning to pay the lease and monthly rent, how do I write the lease??

Just because the tenants aren't the source of the funds changes little. Write the lease as you normally would and keep the tenants responsible for the rent. That way, if something happens where the company fails to pay, the tenant is still ultimatley responsible.
