HI, getting ready to send a 7 day notice for non payment of rent in Michigan. I got the form from this site but there are 2 pages. One is the one that has to be notarized to say we sent the notice. Do we keep that one or does the renter get both pages? thanks for help

ALWAYS - keep a few copies yourself of anything you send to a tenant. I would send the tenant the entire document.
