I signed a one year lease w/ tenants, but now I need to move back into my home to owner occupy. Can I brake the lease?

RE: breaking a lease before its end date
You have signed a legal contract with your tenants, and can't break it simply because it's no longer convenient. You may be able to negotiate something with your tenants, such as paying for their moving expenses or something, but unless they violate the lease, you must let them live there until the end of the lease term.
