I attend meetings of a small group of landlords and property managers monthly The purpose of our meetings is for educatiol and networking. Most every month a speaker is invited and issues from law to maintenance have been addressed. We have run the gambit of suggested topics and are in need of more ideas. Some members have been landlords for years and some are newbies. What topics would you suggest? Thank you.
