Should a tenant be responsible for clean up yard after a storm? Our tenant is asking for a payment after they did some cleanup after hurricane (they usually don't do any maintenance since our yard looks like a dump now). We paid someone to remove fallen fence, cut and remove a tree. I am assuming the remaining were branches around the yard. Thanks
