My property is on a small river/creek. Has anyone heard of a Addendum/Disclosure for living on a river/creek so that the landlord is not responsible for anyone getting hurt if they decide to go in to or let their children go into the creek? The creek is of course the property of the state so its really not even considered part of my property, but the house is close to it.
