Landlord Question and Answer Forum
In the state of FL is the homeowner obligated to advise a real estate agent or property manager that the interior of property is under video surveillance and location of cameras? Common Courtesy ONLY?
Can the disclosure be added to contracts?

RE: Surveillance Cameras
I think common courtesy, there should be some type of disclosure. Whether it be a sign you post or in contracts with the agent/manager.
