I have two tenants on the lease in a property in Missouri. Only one tenant has paid his half of the rent, but the other one is not responding. We just bought this property with the existing tenants so I don't know how they arranged rent payment in the past. In case the second tenant never responds to me, is the first tenant responsible for the entire rent?

Read your lease agreement. It should state both are equally responsible. If not or you don't have a copy of the agreement, good luck.
