Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I am landlord of a small rental house in Texas. One month ago, I signed a lease agreement with the tenants for one year. I inadvertently left off the toxic mold disclosure from the lease. After 3 weeks of occupying the house, the tenant "verbally" asked if the house has mold. To my knowledge, there is not and has never had any signs of mold in this house. Does this raise a red flag? I am considering A) terminating the lease or B), sending the toxic mold disclosure as an addendum to the lease. Any advice?

RE: Toxic mold disclosure
Did the tenant give you a reason why they inquired?
