Landlord Question and Answer Forum

II will be renting out my house for the first time. My insurance company says I need to do a lead test and pass in order to get the landlord policy. What are my options here in terms of if I don't pass, tenants signing off on it etc.?

RE: Lead testing
Even if you find lead, you will still be able to rent, you will just need to include a disclosure and have the tenants sign off on it. :)
