After our stepmom died the house was left to her sister and me and my brother and sisters, my brother was living with my stepmom rent free when she expired, now we can't get him out to sell and nothing is being paid. what can be done?

Hi Gwendolyn--I would suggest that a local small claims court or the entry level court for your town or county would be the best place to start. You can generally file the papers and represent yourself with few problems. I am sorry to hear this happenned.
