Landlord Question and Answer Forum
My new tenant wants to pay the last six months of her lease in advance before moving in. I did a background check and everything checks out with her. My question is is there a legal document/form i can use cause a basic lease doesn't allow for advance lease payments?

RE: Advance payment.
You can enter a description of that arrangement in Step 9 of the lease builder, at the bottom of the page. That way, it's actually written into the lease.
