Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I am the property manager. The landlord's washing machine is out of service for 2.5 weeks. (the tenant paid the $100 fee from service contract). Should the landlord give a credit to the tenant to go out for laundry? The cost of the rental is $1600/month. If the landlord was to give a credit what would a fair amount be?
Thank you,

RE: Should the landlord pay ?
The landlord needs to fix this ASAP, they need to either provide a new machine or yes credit them enough o not be inconvenienced by leaving to do laundry off site.
