Looking to purchase a 5 bedroom 3 bath home in College Station, TX. What are the maximum amount of tenants that are allowed?
The neighborhood HOA is unrestricted as to the number of surnames allowed per property. Just trying to get some information. Thank you.

Hey Robert, We like to suggest your State Apartment Association. If you just do a web search for TX Apartment Association you will find a great reference for all TX residential rental info.
