A current tenant is getting married. Do I just add his spouse as a new tenant, or have her on a completely different lease? Any advice on how to best handle this situation would be appreciated. Thanks!

I would either amend to add tenant using one of the Ez forms or I will just create a new lease. It would be much easier for you to just amend the lease and when ready to renew I would create a new lease for them with both names on it. That is how I would handle it.
