We have the oral agreement to have the person move in on June 1. But the person already moved in for 3 days. Ever since he moved in things have been disappear. We don't have the proof that he took it. Since there is no writing agreement and we still have not receive the rent. Can we force him out?

Is this person living in your home or does he rent out another dwelling you have?

He rents the room. But I am the only one on the leasing agreement.
