Is it unethical or in poor judgment to use my tenants mechanics business to have him repair my auto cd? I am the property manager. The tenant will be paid for the repair and I will receive a receipt of the repair and nothing more! Thank you, Liz/ Property Manager, NJ

not at all! Make sure you do not mix the two though. So don't use rent payments as payment for the repair. But here is another thing, you might get upcharged because you are renting to them.
