Landlord Question and Answer Forum
I had a water line break and flooded the unit and needs major repair. It wasn't the fault of the tenant but they need to reloacate
while repairs are done. My question is I use the lease forms from ezlandlord and I don't see anywhere in the lease that says tenant must move out while repairs are getting done. Is their such a clause? Thanks for any info

RE: Unit has water damage
When my unit needed pipes replace causing bathroom flooding, I just sent my tenants to a hotel and deducted it from rent, then got it fixed as fast as a could. I also use Ezforms and make my own clauses with the text boxes in the lease.
