Who was a form I can give my tenant before move in- I need them to get a renter's insurance before occupancy. Please help

I believe that if you look in the forms on this website, you will find a couple of documents where you could require the tenant to get insurance. The best, of course, would be the lease. Maybe also try th live help chat--it is great!
