Can I send a notice of non-renewal for failing to get a roommate? Apt. was rented by the room and tenant was supposed to help find a roommate. Lease is almost up and I don't want to keep them in there when they are getting the whole apt for the cost of one room. Where can I find Tenant right information for Texas?

This would depend on your lease. If you have a fixed term written lease, you will have to follow the guidelines of the lease to end the lease. Otherwise, you may find Texas property code: https://www.ezlandlordforms.com/bbs/1367/
