Is this something that people do? I have one property, and was wondering if this is useful. Does anyone use these and have any feedback? Thanks,

I use paypal and it is very easy. All they need is your phone number or email address on the paypal account and they can send you the money. VERY USEFUL. On top of that your transactions on your paypal can be proof of rent being paid.

www.gopayment.com your tenants can pay you by credit card or ACH. Rates are lower than paypal or square :)
