How to check credit and sign a lease aggreement for international students? If there are 5-6 of them renting the whole house?

I would contact a company who handles this type of thing. They should be able to tell you. I know though that in my experience it can be VERY difficult. I have asked for cancelled checks and proof of payment. Often times the college itself, can vouch for the students.
