I gave a non-compliant tenant an eviction notice giving them till the end of the month. They moved out the next week, did a walk thru needs cleaned and repairs, tenants notified not responded or returned keys. When can I go in and have the above taken care of? Again rent was paid in full for this month.

Generally abadonment is recognized when a tenant's personal belongings are completely removed; and/or there is no food in the refrigerator; utilties are shut off; vehicles are removed. If this is the case, then you most likely can go in and get the property ready for your next tenant. It may be a good idea to take pictures.
