I need to evict a tenant in Poughkeepsie, NY. Do I need someone to serve 3 day demand for rent notice or is it enough that I sent itcertified mail and regular mail?

Personal service is good and in some states you can post the notice on the front door. I always follow up with regular mail as well as certified mail. It cannot hurt to show a judge that you made EVERY attempt possible.
